Core Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery:Design and implement lesson plans covering English grammar, composition, reading, writing, and literature, aligning them with school and board guidelines.
- Student Assessment:Evaluate students' understanding and progress through various assessments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Classroom Management:Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and active student participation.
- Individual Support:Identify and address students' diverse learning needs, adapting teaching methods and providing individual guidance or extra sessions when necessary.

Instructional Duties

- Engaging Instruction:Use varied teaching strategies and instructional materials to make lessons engaging and meet different learning styles.
- Promoting Language Skills:Focus on developing students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in the English language.
