Job Description - Purchase Executive (FMCG)

Company : Peal Baagh Tea Private Limited Location : 647, 6th Floor, JMD Megapolis, Gurugram, Haryana Experience : 2-5 Years Industry Preference :FMCG only Joining :Immediate Joiner Required

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables related to FMCG operations

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best quality, pricing, and delivery timelines

- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up for deliveries

- Coordinate with production, stores, finance, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply

- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly to avoid shortages or excess stock

- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements :

- Track market trends, pricing, and availability of materials

- Maintain accurate procurement records, MIS reports, and vendor documentation





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Business Administration or relevant field
- Mandatory FMCG purchase experience (Tea/Dry Fruits/Spices preferred)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and ERP systems
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

FMCG industry background only Experience in purchase/procurement role Immediate joiner (Notice period: 0-15 days preferred)
