JOB SUMMARY : Executive Administrator (Executive Admin) supports senior management and helps keep office operations organized. Here are the main roles and responsibilities :

1. Administrative Support
- Manage daily office operations :

- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations :

- Maintain files and records :

- Handle confidential information

1. Calendar & Meeting Management
- Schedule meetings and appointments :

- Manage executives’ calendars :

- Arrange meeting rooms and agendas :

- Take meeting minutes

1. Communication Handling
- Coordinate communication between departments and management :

- Draft letters and official documents

1. Travel & Event Coordination




- Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport) :

- Organize company events or meetings :

- Prepare travel schedules and expense reports

1. Office Coordination
- Manage office supplies and vendors :

- Support HR or finance teams with administrative tasks :

- Ensure smooth workflow and office efficiency

1. Data & Report Management
- Maintain databases and records :

- Prepare monthly or weekly reports :

- Track projects or tasks for executives

1. Confidential Support
- Handle sensitive company information :
