JOB INFORMATION : Job Title : Manager - Product ManagementExperience : 12 - 18 yearsWork Schedule : 5 days in office, shift timing 2pm - 11pmJOB PURPOSE : We are looking for a Manager of Product Management to lead a team supporting product development for the healthcare provider domain. This role focuses on driving solid execution, ensuring clarity of requirements, and enabling high-quality delivery in partnership with global product and engineering teams.TEAM LEADERSHIP & CAPABILITY BUILDING : - Lead and develop a team of product managers and/or product analysts- Provide coaching on requirements quality, delivery discipline, and stakeholder communication- Establish consistent ways of working, templates, and best practices- Build team capabilities over time toward stronger product thinking, problem-solving, and ownershipPRODUCT DELIVERY & EXECUTION : - Partner with global product teams to translate product direction into clear, actionable requirements- Ensure readiness of requirements for engineering, including completeness and clarity- Support teams through development by providing ongoing clarifications and managing dependencies- Oversee testing, validation, and release readiness activities- Ensure smooth execution of demos, releases, and change-related activities- Apply structured thinking to break down ambiguous problem statements into actionable requirements- Take ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring solutions meet intended objectives and quality expectationsSTAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION : - Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders across geographies- Maintain alignment on priorities, scope, and timelines- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and drive resolutionDOMAIN & CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDING :
