About the Role : We are looking for experienced Machine Learning Engineers to contribute to AI training projects involving model development, training pipelines, inference systems, and performance optimization. This is a highly technical, coding-intensive role requiring strong Python skills and hands-on experience with coding agents.Key Responsibilities : - Develop, implement, and validate machine learning models and training pipelines.- Build and optimize inference systems, data pipelines, and model evaluation workflows.- Debug technical issues and improve model performance, memory usage, and computational efficiency.- Create reproducible solutions and validate results using Python and command-line tools.- Use coding agents to support development, debugging, and engineering workflows.Required Skills : - Strong expertise in Machine Learning and Python programming.- Hands-on experience with model training,
