Company Description: Game Wagon is a game console rental service that brings the best of gaming to customers anytime, anywhere. Located in Trivandrum, Kochi, and Calicut, Game Wagon offers a unique gaming experience for enthusiasts.

This is a full time on-site Customer Support role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Customer Support representative will be responsible for assisting customers, ensuring their satisfaction, offering technical support, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues effectively.

Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Provide technical support for gaming devices, including troubleshooting and setup assistance.
Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in technical support or gaming-related roles. Freshers with strong gaming/technical skills are also welcome.
