The customer support associate will be responsible for handling healthcare-related queries and processes, ensuring they meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in US Healthcare customer service processes and a keen eye for detail.

What job duties can I expect to perform as a Customer Support Representative
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US Healthcare queries such as prior authorization of billing, claims, or patient support.
Process and manage healthcare-related documentation, claims, and billing records.
Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely.
Handle email and chat support as required.
Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations in US Healthcare




Experience Required
~ Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain.

Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy.
English Proficiency: Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (patient care, claims, pharmacy support, or member call preferred).
Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus.
