We are looking for an experienced Lead HRBP who will partner closely with the business and sales leadership to drive people initiatives across the organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Sales HR / Sales HRBP , along with hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition for sales teams . Experience in housing finance, home loans, retail lending, NBFC, BFSI or similar financial services businesses will be highly preferred.
Business HR / HRBP
Act as a strategic HR partner to business and sales leadership.
Drive HR initiatives aligned with business and sales objectives.
Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, organisation structure and workforce requirements.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle for the assigned business functions.
Provide guidance on performance management, employee engagement, retention and employee relations.
Analyse people-related metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
Sales HR
Partner closely with sales leadership to understand business requirements and people challenges.
Support sales teams across multiple locations/branches.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives for frontline sales teams.
Support performance management and productivity improvement initiatives.
Understand sales manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
Sales Talent Acquisition
Lead and manage recruitment for sales and business development positions.
Partner with business managers to understand hiring requirements and manpower plans.




Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build effective talent pipelines for frontline and leadership sales roles.
Work closely with internal TA teams and external recruitment partners.
Ensure hiring timelines and quality-of-hire targets are achieved.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
Handle employee grievances and employee relations matters.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes.
Work closely with HR Operations and other HR functions for smooth employee lifecycle management.
Support disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
Drive HR communication and engagement initiatives.

6+ years of overall HR experience , preferably with significant experience in HRBP/Sales HR.

- Strong experience in Sales HR / Business HR is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Talent Acquisition is required.
- Experience in housing loans / home loans / housing finance will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates from NBFC, BFSI, Housing Finance, Retail Lending or Microfinance backgrounds would be preferred.
- Solid understanding of frontline sales hiring and sales workforce dynamics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.
- Should be comfortable working with senior business and sales leaders.
