As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our users. Your main task is to call potential users, introduce them to our platform, and help them get onboarded.

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office
have minimum 1 years of experience
Explicit and friendly communication skills in English & Hindi.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
Prior experience with a matrimonial platform is preferred.*
