About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Run conversion calls with prospective students and parents, guiding them from inquiry to enrollment across our cohort and individual-track programs.
2. Outreach to schools to build partnerships and referral pipelines.
3. Do outbound outreach to companies to build our internship placement pipeline- cold calling and relationship-building with businesses willing to host student interns.
4. Support webinars and info sessions for schools, counsellors, and parents.
5. Track leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance, and report back on what's working.
6. Represent StarterSky at any school or private fair.
7. Create different channels to increase awareness. Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. 1–2 years of experience in sales and business development.
2. Comfortable making outbound calls and holding conversations with parents, schools, and companies.

Robust written and spoken communication- you can represent StarterSky's voice credibly to a principal, parent, and a 16-year-old.
4. Organized and self-directed - comfortable owning a pipeline and following up without being chased.
5. Genuine interest in education, youth entrepreneurship, or startups.
