Founded in 2004, Sequel owns and manages a global logistics network that is robust, secure, and technology-driven, specifically designed to manage the supply chains of valuable and life-science consignments.

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Asst Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the logistics and air cargo segment. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales and business development experience, with the ability to build customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory. Candidates with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or domestic air cargo operations will be preferred.

Identify recent business opportunities and generate sales from existing and new accounts.




Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain regular follow-ups and provide market feedback to management.
Ensure strong local market coverage within the assigned territory.

Preferred experience
~4-6 Years of experience within logistics, air cargo, freight forwarding, courier, or a similar industry preferred.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
Good knowledge of domestic air logistics procedures and operations.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and local language.
Well-versed with the assigned location/region and local market dynamics.
Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for field visits.
