Responsibilities

Work with product owners and developers to ensure requirements are effectively tested.

Coordinate with QA leads on regression coverage, risk assessment, and communication.

Prepare and execute test plans and test scripts.

Identify edge situations, user interface flaws, and potential vulnerabilities.

Raise, monitor, and retest defects in a timely manner.

Analyze root causes of complex technical challenges and recommend product-quality improvements.

Provide estimates and feedback to the QA Lead and Project Manager for project scheduling.

Define and use comprehensive, clear test reports and templates.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of required experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on testing experience.
- Experience working in a continuous delivery model and designing test cases.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum, plus knowledge of Kanban, Waterfall, and other software testing and development approaches.
- Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail,



HP ALM, or Zephyr.
- Experience managing defects using tools such as JIRA.
- Experience across functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Ability to select relevant test types, methods, and approaches, including boundary-condition testing and identifying opportunities for test tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent knowledge of test methodologies.
- ISEB or ISTQB Foundation-level software testing qualification.
- Knowledge of test automation is an advantage, including Selenium, Postman, Appium, or JMeter.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
