Role : Project ManagerExperience : 10+ yearsCertification : PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalentJob Summary : We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technology-driven digital transformation initiatives involving cloud platforms, data engineering, AI/ML, and advanced analytics.The role requires coordinating technical and business teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that address operational challenges across upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas operations.Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, from scoping and planning through implementation and benefits realization.- Oversee projects involving Microsoft Azure, Databricks, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and enterprise data platform development.- Coordinate technical workstreams across IT, operational technology (OT), data science, cloud engineering, and business teams.- Develop project plans, milestones, delivery schedules, and KPIs while managing dependencies, resources, and risks.- Apply Agile methodologies to support project scheduling, sprint coordination, and release delivery.- Work with engineers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into actionable solution requirements.- Manage projects involving Azure, with working knowledge of GCP and SAP integrations.- Support the implementation and adoption of data platforms, AI-driven solutions, dashboards, and digital workflows.- Facilitate technical and business discussions to resolve delivery blockers, dependencies,



and project risks.- Communicate project progress, technical risks, and delivery expectations to executive stakeholders, engineering teams, field operations, and external vendors.- Ensure projects align with industry regulations, HSE standards, and data security requirements.- Track delivery performance, budgets, schedules, ROI, and expected business outcomes.Required Skills and Experience : - 10+ years of experience managing large-scale digital transformation or technology projects.- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management qualification.- Strong experience with Agile delivery, project scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigation.- Proven experience managing projects on Microsoft Azure.- Familiarity with Databricks and enterprise data platform initiatives.- Working knowledge of GCP and SAP integrations.- Understanding of AI/ML workflows, RAG, knowledge graphs, and data engineering concepts.- Familiarity with oil and gas operations and OT systems or data, including SCADA, historians, WITSML, or Petrel.- Experience coordinating technical teams and delivery across complex, regulated environments.- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills : - Experience with data governance and AI ethics in industrial environments.- Familiarity with multi-cloud deployments and hybrid architectures.- Understanding of how cloud, data, and AI investments contribute to business outcomes.- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry.
