Hiring Head of Engineering - MumbaiCurrently looking for an accomplished Head of Engineering for a leadership chance with a global technology and digital solutions organization.We are seeking a hands-on technology leader who can drive engineering strategy, lead large-scale engineering teams, accelerate AI/GenAI adoption, and engage with senior technology stakeholders across global markets.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and scale a large engineering organization of 500+ professionals.- Drive engineering strategy, technical roadmaps, architecture, and application development.- Champion the implementation and production deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.- Ensure the development of secure, scalable, high-performance, cloud-native applications.- Partner with global clients, including US-based CTOs and technology leaders, to translate business challenges into technical solutions.- Drive engineering excellence, Agile practices, CI/CD, quality, and predictable delivery.- Identify technical risks, architectural bottlenecks, and opportunities for innovation and growth.What We're Looking For :- 12+ years of experience in core technology, application development,



and product engineering.- At least 5+ years in hands-on engineering leadership roles.- Proven experience leading large engineering organizations across multiple product lines.- Practical experience implementing AI/ML, LLMs, or Generative AI solutions in production environments.- Strong experience in enterprise architecture, scalable software systems, and cloud-native application development.- Demonstrated success in client-facing technical leadership, particularly with international or US-based enterprise clients.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.- Experience working with global delivery models and flexibility to travel internationally as required.Location : MumbaiClient Engagement : - Global, with significant US stakeholder interactionExperience in EdTech, digital learning, K-12, higher education, or workforce technology would be an added advantage.
