This is a unique chance to work closely with direct clients while managing the full recruitment cycle.

Implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top aerospace talent through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
Candidate Evaluation: Screen and assess candidates for specialized aerospace positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding.




Stay updated on aerospace trends to provide clients with market insights and strategic recommendations.

2 to 4 years of recruitment experience (aerospace industry preferred).
Proven experience in managing direct client relationships.
Strong knowledge of technical roles and aerospace skill sets.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter , ATS (preferably Ceipal ), and other recruitment tools.
