Job Title: D2C Growth Manager
Location: Kolkata (Onsite - Work from Office)

We are looking for a D2C Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth across Dot & Key's D2C app and website. Develop and execute app and website growth strategies .
Drive CRO, A/B testing, funnel optimisation and growth experiments .
Partner with CRM and Tech teams to improve customer engagement, retention and UX .
Track and analyse growth performance using GA4, Mixpanel and internal dashboards .
Identify customer, category and competitor insights to drive recent growth opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Tech and Creative teams.

Hands-on experience in CRO, A/B testing and funnel analytics .
Proficiency in GA4/Mixpanel, Excel/Google Sheets .
Exposure to ASO, CRM/lifecycle marketing and BI tools is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in Growth, D2C, e-commerce or consumer businesses.
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Skincare or other consumer brands is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
