Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, experience/relieving letters, and other HR documentation.




Lead employee induction and onboarding programmes to ensure smooth integration.
Oversee KRA/KPI setting, conduct periodic performance reviews, and support career growth initiatives.
Drive continuous employee learning, upskilling, and development initiatives.
Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programmes to promote a positive work culture.
Maintain accurate employee data and HR records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter/experience in sales hiring would be an asset.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ability to think strategically and implement effective HR solutions.
