Job Description – Back Office Executive (Life & Health Insurance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive with at least 1 year of experience in Life and Health Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for handling policy documentation, data entry, insurance processing, customer records, and coordination with insurance companies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle back-office operations related to life and health insurance policies.
- Process insurance applications, policy documents, renewals, endorsements, and other related paperwork.
- Verify customer details and ensure accuracy of policy information.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, documentation, and status updates.
- Maintain and update customer databases, records, and Excel reports.
- Follow up on pending proposals, policy issuance, and documentation requirements.
- Assist the sales team with policy processing and operational support.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of insurance-related documents.




- Resolve policy-related operational queries and provide timely updates to the concerned teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance, health insurance, or insurance broking operations.
- Basic knowledge of insurance policies, documentation, and processing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and data entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidates with experience in an insurance company, insurance broking firm, or TPA.
- Candidates familiar with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and insurance portals.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
