The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in network engineering, network management tools, and operational support, preferably with experience in Juniper switching, Juniper Mist Wireless, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cradlepoint routers. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, a proactive approach to network operations, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts aligned with global service requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.- Configure, maintain, and support network devices, including switches, wireless infrastructure, SD-WAN solutions, and routers.- Work with Juniper switches, Juniper Mist Wireless, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cradlepoint routers.- Utilize network management systems, monitoring platforms,



and operational tools to identify and resolve network incidents.- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, and problem resolution to minimize network downtime.- Monitor network health, performance metrics, alerts, connectivity, and service availability.- Coordinate with internal IT teams, global stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to resolve complex network issues.- Follow established incident, change, escalation, and service management processes.- Maintain accurate technical documentation, troubleshooting records, configuration details, and incident reports.- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to network reliability, monitoring, and operational efficiency.- Participate in shift handovers, scheduled maintenance, and weekend support rotations as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Network Infrastructure Support.- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, network management systems, and operational support platforms.- Experience with Juniper switches, Juniper Mist Wireless, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cradlepoint routers is highly preferred.- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, availability, and configuration-related issues.- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, escalation handling, and operational documentation.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global network operations environment.
