Oddpod India is a Chennai-based consumer products company creating elegant, thoughtfully designed organising solutions for homes and workspaces. With more than 500 products sold through its website and leading platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Myntra, the brand focuses on making everyday organisation calm, functional and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

- Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar with the Creative Director and develop ideas based on trends and audience response.
- Create Instagram reels, carousels, static posts and stories, including captions and scheduled publishing.
- Design static and video creatives for Meta, Amazon and Flipkart advertising campaigns.
- Produce product listing images, feature infographics, Amazon A+ content, brand store pages and promotional banners for marketplaces and the website.
- Shoot product photos and videos using a phone in the in-house studio, generate suitable AI-assisted lifestyle imagery, and edit all assets to match the brand.




- Work closely with the Creative Director and E-commerce Executive while independently executing day-to-day creative production.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with relevant design, video or content experience may apply.
- Solid photo-editing and video-editing ability, including competence with mobile editing applications.
- A strong sense of design, composition and aesthetics, along with practical knowledge of Instagram formats.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI image-generation tools and positive written English for captions.
- Experience with tools such as Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or comparable software is welcome; results and portfolio matter more than a specific tool.
- A mandatory portfolio demonstrating reels, posts, ad creatives, edits or AI-assisted images. This is an on-site, full-time role in Chennai with a six-day working week, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

The selected candidate will report to the Creative Director and receive ₹3,00,000–₹3,60,000 per year, based on skills and portfolio.
