We're Hiring: Team Leader – International Travel & Ticketing (GDS Expert)
Location: Jaipur (On-site)
Experience: 4–6 Years | Rotational Shift

Role Overview
We are looking for a Travel Team Leader (International Process) with solid GDS expertise to manage a team and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 15–20 travel consultants
Manage KPIs: SLA, AHT, CSAT, NPS
Handle international ticketing (issuance, reissue, refunds)
Manage escalations & complex itineraries

Must-Have Skills
GDS Expertise: Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo
International Travel Ticketing Experience
Team Handling (10+ agents)
BPO / Contact Center (Voice Process)
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)

Eligibility

- 4–6 yrs in Travel BPO
- 1+ yr as Team Leader
- Graduate
- Excellent communication skills
