Role: Project Manager Location: Remote (Preferred Bangalore)
Compensation: 30,000-40,000 per month

We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our growing creative team at Edit Lobby — someone who can keep projects on track, communicate clearly, and bring structure to our creative process.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Plan, organize, and monitor all ongoing video editing projects from initiation to delivery.
Timeline Management:
Ensure projects are delivered on or before deadlines, aligning with creative and QC teams.
Task Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor daily task completion rates and maintain team trackers for accountability.
Communication:
Manage client communication, ensuring quick response times and clear updates.
Daily Updates:
Maintain consistent daily progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
Identify bottlenecks, provide solutions,



and minimize turnaround time for issue resolution.
Feedback & Team Support:
Collect feedback from team and clients, address concerns, and promote a collaborative work culture.
Process Improvements:
~ Propose and implement new systems or workflows to improve efficiency and creative output.

Skills & Requirements
Experience in project management, preferably in a creative, video, or media environment
Strong understanding of video production/editing workflows
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a rapid-paced setup
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Team player who can balance creative freedom with project discipline
