SAP GRC Access Control Consultant
We are looking for a hands-on SAP GRC Access Control Consultant to support, enhance, and operate enterprise access governance solutions. The role will focus on configuring and supporting SAP GRC Access Control modules, ensuring secure, compliant, and auditable access management processes across SAP and integrated applications.
Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control (10.1/12.0) across:
Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) and sensitive-access risk analysis at user, role, profile, and request levels.
Support risk remediation, mitigating controls, compliance monitoring, and audit activities.
Support business role lifecycle management, including creation, approval, maintenance, and reconciliation.
Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable resolutions.
Support SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori access governance requirements.
Manage transport deployments and coordinate changes across environments.
Prepare operational reports, audit evidence, SOPs, runbooks, and configuration documentation.
Required Skills & Experience

- 4-6 years of overall SAP Security and/or SAP GRC experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP GRC Access Control experience.
- Strong experience in at least three of the following modules:
- Hands-on expertise in MSMP workflow configuration and BRF+ rules.

Risk Analysis and Mitigation Controls
Working knowledge of SAP Security concepts, including:
Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
Understanding of ITGCs, audit requirements, change control, and production support processes.
SAP Fiori Security.
SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG).
SailPoint integration.
SAP SuccessFactors or non-SAP application integrations.




SAP CPI, APIs, or OData services.
Knowledge of SAP Process Control.
Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
