About the Role : We are seeking a Senior Python Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of complex web applications and scalable software platforms.Total Experience : 10 - 14 yearsKey Responsibilities : - Lead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of full stack applications.- Design scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.- Develop robust frontend applications using React.js, Angular, or equivalent technologies.- Define application architecture, component boundaries, reusable modules, and integration standards.- Design secure, versioned, and scalable APIs for internal and external integrations.- Optimize backend performance, frontend rendering, database queries, and end-to-end application response times.- Design database schemas, data models, caching strategies, and transaction management approaches.- Implement asynchronous processing, task queues, and event-driven integrations where appropriate.- Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability.- Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.- Implement application security measures, including secure authentication, authorization, input validation, and data protection.- Drive automated testing, CI/CD practices, containerization, and cloud deployment.- Collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business-critical solutions.- Troubleshoot complex application issues and lead root cause analysis for production incidents.- Identify opportunities for technical modernization, automation,



and engineering productivity improvements.Required Skills : - Advanced proficiency in Python, including object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.- Strong experience with Django, FastAPI, Flask, or comparable Python frameworks.- Extensive frontend development experience with React.js or Angular.- Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.- Experience designing scalable REST APIs and service-oriented or microservices architectures.- Solid database expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent relational databases.- Experience with NoSQL databases, caching, and background processing.- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and application security practices.- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.- Proficiency in automated testing, application observability, logging, and debugging.- Knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.- Demonstrated experience mentoring developers and driving technical decisions.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with cloud-native architecture and infrastructure automation.- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis, or equivalent messaging and task-processing systems.- Familiarity with domain-driven design and event-driven architectures.- Experience modernizing legacy applications and improving development workflows.Key Competencies : - Technical leadership, end-to-end solution ownership, architectural thinking, mentoring, stakeholder management, and strong problem-solving abilities.
