We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. This role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Administrator and at least 3+ years of experience with MS SQL and PostgreSQL to maintain a reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant database infrastructure for our growing customer base.

Database Administration & Support:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot RHEL/OEL OS supporting Oracle databases in physical and virtualized environments.

Provide DBA services to application development, qualified services, and support teams, including database design, query validation/execution, and performance tuning.

Troubleshoot database alerts, logs, jobs, disk groups, tablespaces, and resolve performance-related issues.

Automate database tasks and develop scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Lead the design and implementation of database infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.





Manage the implementation of technical controls to enforce security policies.

Periodically validate Oracle 19c backup/recovery operations using RMAN.

Research, evaluate, design, test, and recommend new database software versions and related tools.

Assist development teams in improving database design and PL/SQL best practices.

On-Call & Availability

Provide 24/7 on-call rotational support, including occasional weekend coverage.

Familiarity with monitoring tools like DataDog, Solarwinds, site24/7 or OEM.

10+ years of experience with Oracle 19c+ administration.

- 3+ years of experience with MS SQL 2012+ and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience using Solarwinds as a monitoring tool is essential.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL coding, debugging, and query optimization.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and bash scripting.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure SQL, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with high-availability database solutions (clustering, replication, failover strategies).
