About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer with at least 4 years of professional software development experience. You will work on real client and internal products across the frontend, backend, databases and third-party integrations. This role suits an engineer who can understand a requirement, identify technical considerations, develop the solution, test it properly and take responsibility for delivering working software.
You should still be actively writing, reviewing and troubleshooting code.

Develop and maintain web applications across the frontend and backend.
Build and maintain APIs, database structures and third-party integrations.
Investigate and resolve application defects, performance problems and production issues.
Participate in technical planning, estimation and solution discussions.
Work closely with business analysts, designers, testers and project stakeholders.
Take responsibility for assigned features from initial understanding through development, testing and release.
Use AI-assisted development tools appropriately while independently reviewing and validating the generated output.
Required Experience
At least 4 years of professional, hands-on full-stack development experience.
Strong experience developing both frontend and backend applications.




Experience building and maintaining production web applications.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, authorisation and application security.
Experience working with relational databases and writing efficient queries.
Experience with debugging, automated testing and production deployments.
Ability to estimate work realistically and communicate technical risks early.
Experience working in a product development or software consulting environment.
Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience developing SaaS platforms, business applications or workflow automation solutions.
Experience integrating payment systems, CRMs, accounting platforms or other third-party services.
Experience working directly with clients or non-technical stakeholders.
