We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance skilled to lead maintenance operations at our heavy fabrication manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, team leadership, and improving plant performance.

Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

- Additional certifications in Maintenance Management, TPM, Reliability Engineering, or Safety will be an added advantage.

- Proven hands-on experience with fabrication plant machinery , including welding/cutting setups, hydraulics, pneumatics, and cranes. Skilled in both mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance.
