Job Title: CCTV Operator Key Responsibilities

- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure safety and security
- Identify, report, and document suspicious activities or security incidents
- Maintain accurate logs of surveillance observations and incidents
- Coordinate with security teams and management for timely response
- Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report technical issues
- Review footage upon request for investigations or audits
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data at all times
- Assist in preparing incident reports and daily activity logs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security monitoring role preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance software, and monitoring tools
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required
- Valuable communication and reporting skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with monitoring systems
