Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with 5+ years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Go programming, data structures and algorithms, concurrency, and backend application development.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of goroutines, channels, synchronization mechanisms, worker pools, context management, interfaces, and performance optimization.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Golang.- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested Go code.- Solve complex problems involving data structures, algorithms, arrays, matrices, graphs, and stacks.- Implement concurrent processing using goroutines, channels, mutexes, wait groups, and worker pools.- Optimize application performance, resource utilization, and concurrency handling.- Implement rate-limiting mechanisms to control request traffic and protect backend services.- Work with Go interfaces, polymorphism, type assertions, generics, and object-oriented programming principles.- Develop reliable applications using context management, cancellation, and timeout handling.- Understand database transactions, ACID properties, indexing strategies, and query performance optimization.- Design and implement database indexes in production environments while minimizing application downtime and performance impact.- Troubleshoot concurrency issues, race conditions, deadlocks, and performance bottlenecks.- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, debugging,



and solution design.Requirements : Golang Programming : - Solid hands-on experience with Go/Golang.- Understanding of arrays, slices, maps, pointers, structs, and interfaces.- Knowledge of type assertions, generics, and polymorphism.- Understanding of encapsulation, abstraction, and object-oriented programming principles in Go.Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) : - Strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills.- Experience working with arrays, slices, stacks, queues, linked lists, trees, and graphs.- Knowledge of searching, sorting, hashing, and time and space complexity.- Ability to identify pairs in an array that satisfy a target sum.Concurrency and Parallel Processing : - Strong understanding of goroutines and their differences from operating system threads.- Hands-on experience with buffered and unbuffered channels.- Knowledge of sync.WaitGroup, sync.Mutex, and other synchronization primitives.- Experience designing worker pools and job queues for concurrent task processing.Context and Error Handling : - Experience using Go's context package.- Understanding of context cancellation, deadlines, and timeouts.Database Fundamentals : - Understanding of relational databases, SQL queries, and database transactions.- Knowledge of ACID properties and indexing strategies.Coding and System Design : - Ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.- Understanding of scalability, performance, and resource management.
