Closely liaise with Project Management, Engineering, and Design teams to produce drawings and draft plans that are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
Provide technical drafting support and contribute to the design of a variety of civil-related projects.
Utilize Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) and design software as required.
Continuously develop and enhance skills in Computer-Aided Drafting and design applications.
Comply with the Quality Management System and ensure consistency and accuracy in all drafting outputs.
Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for subdivision and infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborate effectively with Engineering and Design teams to ensure quality project outcomes.
Perform administrative activities related to drawing production and support project documentation as required.
Demonstrate behaviours and performance consistent with the Company's values and leadership pillars at all times.
Actively participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Comply with Health, Safety & Environment policies, procedures,



and instructions.
Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit .
Experience working within a Quality Management System and adhering to drafting standards and procedures.
Flexibility to work across different time zones when required to support international projects.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or other relevant tertiary qualification.

Essential Experience
~2 to 4 years of experience in a similar drafting position or related field.

Preferred Experience
Experience working on Civil Infrastructure, Land Development, Transportation, Utilities, or Subdivision projects.
Familiarity with council standards, statutory requirements, and engineering documentation processes.
