We are looking for RunOps Support Engineers to join our Platform and Infra team, supporting day-to-day operations across a large-scale distributed infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring uptime, managing deployments, and troubleshooting production issues across cloud-native services, with a specific focus on AWS, Kubernetes, Databricks, GitLab, and Flask REST APIs .





Monitor and maintain platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Support and automate CI/CD processes via GitLab pipelines.
Collaborate with engineering and SRE teams to respond to incidents and root cause analysis.
Manage Kubernetes clusters, deployments, and container lifecycle.
Support and debug Flask REST APIs and backend systems running in production.
Participate in on-call rotations and production issue triage (for mid and lead levels).
Proficiency in AWS services, with hands-on production support experience.
Strong understanding of Kubernetes operations and container lifecycle.
Experience using Databricks in a production environment.
Experience working with Flask REST APIs (debugging and support).
Solid troubleshooting, monitoring, and alerting skills.
