Google Ads/Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate Industry Location: Banaswadi, Bengaluru (On-site)

About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our growing real estate marketing team. If you have a passion for paid campaigns, thrive on data-driven strategies, and know how to turn clicks into qualified leads, this role is for you!
As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that deliver high-quality leads and maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max).
Conduct in-depth keyword research , competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Monitor campaigns daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure efficiency.
Track conversions and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics & Tag Manager .
Continuously improve ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for higher CTR & conversions.
Prepare detailed weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices .




Collaborate with designers & the marketing team for creatives and landing page strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
- Strong expertise in SEM, PPC, Display & remarketing strategies .
- Proven experience in conversion tracking, GA4 & Google Tag Manager .
- Proficiency in ad copywriting, keyword planning, and A/B testing .
- Experience with lead generation & CPL optimization .
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets .
- Ability to manage budgets and meet campaign KPIs.

Good to Have
Experience with Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads .
Knowledge of SEO basics .
Prior experience with real estate campaigns (big plus!).
