Screen, assess, and interview student and graduate candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Track campus recruitment metrics, hiring outcomes, and recruitment performance.
Support employer branding initiatives across universities and educational institutions.
Maintain talent pipelines for future graduate hiring programs.

have minimum 1 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Experience in candidate assessment and interviewing.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
