Job Description:

- Remote HR internship designed for learning, observation, and hands-on exposure to HR processes
- No direct responsibility for HR operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Observe HR workflows, policies, recruitment (posting, resume screening, interview scheduling), and onboarding (forms, documentation, induction sessions)
- Attend virtual HR meetings and take notes
- Explore HR tools, templates, and reporting formats
- Research HR trends, engagement ideas, and summarize case studies/webinars
- Prepare presentations, infographics, maintain a learning journal, participate in fun HR activities,



and submit weekly updates to mentor

Requirements:

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting
- Eager to learn and observe HR practices
