3+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, ideally with both agency and in-house experience.

- Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Advanced sourcing expertise across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, professional communities, and industry events.
- Ability to build, manage, and forecast robust recruitment pipelines.

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in tech/AI/SaaS environments.

- Robust sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple role types.
