Description :Role Overview :- We are looking for a Lead Product Designer (UI/UX) to craft intuitive, scalable, and high-conversion user experiences for a fast-growing B2C mobile platform.- This role requires strong product thinking, user empathy, and data-driven design. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Analytics teams to create seamless user journeys that improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.- You will play a key role in simplifying complex workflows into elegant, user-friendly mobile experiences.Key Responsibilities :Product & User Experience Design :- Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.- Translate product requirements and business goals into intuitive and scalable user experiences.- Design straightforward and seamless B2C mobile app journeys across multiple features.- Create wireframes, prototypes,



and pixel-perfect UI for mobile platforms.- Solve complex problems through clear information architecture and interaction design.Conversion & Growth-Focused Design :Design with a strong focus on :1. User activation2. Engagement3. Retention4. Monetization- Optimize key product funnels using UX improvements and experimentation.- Work with product and analytics teams to iterate based on data and user behavior.- Contribute to A/B testing and hypothesis-driven design decisions.Design System & Scalability :- Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable mobile design system.- Ensure consistency across screens, components, and interaction patterns.- Create reusable components and design documentation for faster product development.
