We're looking for a agile Associate Business Head to lead the growth, operations, and profitability of our Itanagar branch. This is a leadership role where you'll drive business strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and manage the P&L; to ensure sustained success and expansion.

Oversee sales, marketing, and operations for smooth execution.
Manage P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, driving business growth.
Experience in the EdTech sector is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
