Role Overview :We are looking for a Principal Python Full Stack Developer to define the technical architecture and engineering strategy for enterprise-scale web applications and digital platforms.The role involves guiding backend and frontend architecture, establishing engineering standards, driving platform scalability and security, and mentoring technical leaders across teams.Key Responsibilities :- Define the architecture and technical roadmap for scalable full stack platforms and enterprise applications.- Lead architectural decisions across Python backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and data layers.- Design distributed, cloud-native systems with a focus on availability, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.- Establish standards for API design, application integration, component reuse, frontend architecture, and backend service development.- Guide the selection of frameworks, libraries, databases, messaging platforms, and cloud technologies.- Drive platform modernization, application re-engineering, and migration from legacy systems.- Establish secure application architecture, identity and access management, data protection, and security review practices.- Define performance engineering strategies for backend processing, database operations, frontend rendering, and high-volume API traffic.- Guide database architecture, caching, asynchronous processing, and event-driven integration.- Establish best practices for automated testing, CI/CD, observability, deployment automation, and production readiness.- Partner with engineering leaders, enterprise architects, product stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to align technical strategy with business goals.- Review critical designs and implementations, assess technical risks, and ensure long-term architectural sustainability.- Mentor senior engineers, architects,



and technical leads while strengthening engineering capabilities across teams.- Drive engineering productivity, code quality, developer experience, and technical debt reduction.- Lead resolution of complex production issues and define preventive strategies for system reliability.Required Skills :- Extensive hands-on experience with Python and large-scale application development.- Deep expertise in Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.- Strong experience designing enterprise-grade frontend applications using React.js, Angular, or equivalent frameworks.- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, frontend performance, component architecture, and responsive application design.- Proven expertise in API architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise integration.- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database architecture, caching, and data consistency.- Experience architecting and operating applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native deployment.- Expertise in application security, performance engineering, reliability, and observability.- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and maintainable system design.- Demonstrated ability to influence engineering strategy and guide multiple development teams.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with high-availability, high-traffic enterprise platforms.- Familiarity with platform engineering, API gateways, service mesh, and developer platforms.- Experience defining architecture standards, technical governance, and engineering roadmaps.- Knowledge of SRE practices, disaster recovery, and service-level objectives.Key Competencies :- Strategic technical leadership, architecture ownership, engineering excellence, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment of technology investments with business priorities.
