Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Cloud Support Engineer with 2 - 4 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident management.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting cloud environments, resolving technical issues, maintaining system availability, and ensuring optimal performance of cloud-based services.Key Responsibilities : - Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure, services, and applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.- Monitor cloud environments, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve performance and availability concerns.- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to cloud computing, virtual machines, networking, storage, and access management.- Manage and support cloud resources, including compute instances, storage services, virtual networks, and security configurations.- Investigate service disruptions, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.- Support cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and routine operational activities.- Work with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely incident resolution.- Manage service requests, incidents, and changes in accordance with established SLAs and operational procedures.- Assist with backup monitoring, disaster recovery activities, and business continuity processes.- Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, incident reports, and operational procedures.- Follow cloud security best practices, including access controls, identity management, and compliance requirements.- Identify opportunities to improve cloud operations through automation, scripting, and process optimization.Required Skills and Qualifications : - 2 - 4 years of experience in cloud support, infrastructure operations, or a similar technical support role.- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform : AWS, Microsoft Azure,



or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure components, including compute, storage, networking, and virtual machines.- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, routing, and load balancing.- Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and incident management tools.- Understanding of Linux and/or Windows server administration.- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), permissions, and cloud security fundamentals.- Basic scripting knowledge using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages is desirable.- Understanding of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications : - Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer.- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Experience with monitoring platforms and centralized logging solutions.- Knowledge of cloud cost monitoring, resource optimization, and capacity management.Key Competencies : - Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical abilities.- Customer-focused approach to technical support.- Ability to prioritize incidents and work within defined SLAs.- Effective communication and documentation skills.- Willingness to learn current cloud technologies and adapt to evolving infrastructure requirements.Role Objective : To ensure the stability, availability, security, and performance of cloud infrastructure by providing effective technical support, resolving incidents promptly, and continuously improving cloud operations.
