DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

The Strategic Management & Governance family is responsible for serving as a dedicated technology resource for advancing the firm's business opportunities and providing industry thought leadership for leveraging new technologies. Manages significant programs and projects including strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, and all general business management initiatives. The Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications,



coordinating with project teams. The Senior Business Systems Analyst role specializes in acting as the main interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, crafting functional specifications for the project's development teams.

Manage product planning and development through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including architects, developers, designers and business or subject matter representatives

Engage with internal stakeholders in completing needs analysis and defining strategic directions as it pertains to Cloud Solutions

Help resolve technical blocking issues and coordinates solutions across multiple technical teams - Performs validation of feature against customer and business goals and acceptance criteria

Identify technical tradeoffs, escalates risks, and manages mitigation in collaboration with neighbor teams

Communicate effectively with technology and business teams independently

Define product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and benchmark product success.

Monitor feature performance to find opportunities to address continuous improvement.

Work with product managers to scope and prioritize upcoming projects into the roadmap

Manage a cross-team digital product roadmap

6+ years of industry experience in a technology workplace with a record of successfully delivering complex products





Recent experience in building applications for web and/or mobile with knowledge of Application Program Interfaces

Ability to read and understand programming languages

Prior programming experience a plus

Hands on experience in developing technical roadmaps, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment

Detail- and results-oriented, able to analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key learnings.

Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making

Ability to plan for and review technical programming specifications

Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities

Strong knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools

Technical knowledge in web and mobile applications preferred

Minimum of 6 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
