About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented AI Product Evaluators to test AI models and agents against predefined scenarios and evaluation guidelines. You will execute structured tasks, assess system performance, document findings, and submit evaluation data to support the improvement of AI systems.

This role involves repetitive, operationally focused testing, often within strict timeframes and usage-limit reset schedules. It is suited to individuals who use AI tools regularly, follow detailed instructions consistently, and maintain high standards of accuracy and documentation.

Previous qualified AI experience is an advantage but is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI models and agents using predefined scenarios, testing protocols, and quality guidelines.

- Execute structured tasks to assess model accuracy, reasoning, responsiveness, and instruction-following.

- Record observations, performance issues, anomalies, and evaluation outcomes in structured reports.

- Reset usage limits and repeat tests according to project procedures.

- Compile, validate, and submit evaluation datasets through designated platforms.

- Follow task instructions and project milestones precisely while maintaining consistent evaluation standards.

- Monitor submission quality and correct documentation errors before delivery.

- Manage repetitive, high-volume evaluation tasks within required timeframes.

- Communicate findings and operational issues clearly to project coordinators.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and consistently.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Excellent organizational skills and accurate documentation practices.

- Ability to perform repetitive operational tasks within strict deadlines.

- Comfort working independently in a remote environment.

- Regular use of AI tools in everyday activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience testing AI products, models, or AI agents.

- Background in software quality assurance, digital product testing, or AI research projects.

- Experience documenting test results, identifying anomalies, and maintaining structured datasets.

- Ability to manage high-volume tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
