This role is about turning ideas into high-retention educational reels using smart editing, motion, and storytelling. Every frame should serve a purpose.

#What You'll Do

- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts) with strong hooks and pacing
- Add motion graphics that make complex ideas simple and engaging
- Use captions, zooms, cuts, and transitions with intent - not noise
- Translate scripts into visual storytelling that holds attention
- Iterate quickly based on performance feedback
- Collaborate closely with content and strategy teams

# What We're Looking For

- Strong experience in short-form video editing
- Transparent understanding of retention mechanics (hook, pacing, pattern interrupts)




- Solid motion graphics skills (text animation, visual cues, infographics)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
- Ability to think like a content strategist, not just an editor
