Experience: 4-5 years of mobile app development experience, with a solid understanding of both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, or similar).
Comfortable collaborating with a global, distributed team, explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and contributing to team discussions and planning sessions.
Experience with finance-related applications or understanding of financial principles (e.g., payments, investments, crypto, banking, etc.) You should be someone who can tackle complex challenges with creative and effective solutions.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Firebase, etc.).
Experience working with remote teams and managing time across multiple time zones.
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, especially in the context of financial services.
Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store submission guidelines.
