Job Title – LMS Executive

Job Summary

As an LMS Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our education institution clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries related to our software via phone, What's App, and email. Additionally, you will coordinate with third-party developers, provide support to both students and teachers and work on enhancing LMS features. You will also be involved in understanding, analyzing, and testing LMS features, as well as troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with third-party developers for updates, new features, and testing.

Provide support to students and teachers using our LMS.

Work on improving LMS features based on our needs and industry trends.

Test new features in different environments, including Web, Tablets, and mobile platforms.

Train internal staff on any LMS update

Train new joiners on LMS





Create workflow and manuals on LMS and any other associated features

Maintain records of communication with parents

Assist the reporting heads for any LMS Presentation Must-Have:

Proven experience in educational technology/ Schools

Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with third-party developers.

Familiarity with software testing methodologies.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience with Learning Management Systems.
