Source candidates using platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and social media.
Conduct technical screenings and assess candidate fit for IT roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.




Solid understanding of US tax terms (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099) and various visa classifications (USC, GC, EAD, L2, H4, OPT).
Maintain accurate candidate data and proactively manage pipelines.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruiting databases.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift workplace.
