Qualifications:
- Master's/Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years in data science, 2+ years in leadership.
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with big data tools and cloud platforms.
Preferred Skills:
MLOps, NLP, deep learning.
Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
