Based in Bangalore, this role is dedicated to driving business growth in the South region and will involve managing and growing a portfolio of brands and agencies based across South India.




Own and grow relationships with brands and agencies to drive revenue across OML's offerings, including branded content, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, IPs, production, live experiences, and sports marketing.
Drive end-to-end sales, from prospecting and pitching to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound pitching and sharp lead management
Stay current on creator economy trends, brand campaigns, pop culture, and the content landscape to spot and act on opportunities quickly
Collaborate with internal teams across creative, talent, influencer marketing, content, production, legal, finance, and operations to deliver seamless client solutions.
Maintain accurate pipeline trackers, revenue reports, and sales forecasts with consistent hygiene and timely follow-ups
Contribute to business growth initiatives and key account development across OML verticals.

Qualifications And Prior Experience
5-9 years of experience (preferably in Bangalore) in media sales, branded content, influencer marketing, entertainment, digital marketing, or integrated marketing solutions.
Robust understanding of the creator economy, digital platforms, and evolving brand marketing landscape.
Existing relationships with brands and agencies will be an added advantage.
