Manage and optimize the Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business), including categories, services, service areas, business hours, Q&A;, and regular photo and post updates.
Request, track, and respond to Google reviews after every event, and maintain review frequency and ratings.
Execute local SEO strategies for Pune, Mumbai, and nearby locations, including location pages, local keywords, NAP consistency, geo-relevant content, and local citations.
Manage on-page SEO for the website, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal linking, page speed, and indexing.
Create, claim, verify, and maintain listings on directories and local platforms, ensuring consistent brand names, contact details, and delivery timelines across all platforms.
Monitor rankings, Google Business Profile insights, website traffic, and inquiry sources using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and rank-tracking tools.
Schedule and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and maintain the content calendar in coordination with field teams.
Support paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, including audience setup, creative briefs, budget monitoring, and lead-quality feedback.
Record every inquiry from calls, WhatsApp, website forms, Instagram DMs, and listing platforms in the CRM, and ensure that no inquiry goes unanswered.
Publish weekly performance reports covering inquiries, inquiry sources, cost per inquiry, consultation conversions,

have minimum 1 years of experience
A graduate degree in any discipline; a BBA, BMS, B.Com, or mass communication degree is preferred. A certification in digital marketing, Google Ads, or Google Analytics is an advantage.
2. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media execution. Experience in B2C, events, hospitality, real estate, or local service businesses is preferred.
Hands-on working knowledge of Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
A practical understanding of on-page SEO, local SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, Canva, WhatsApp Business, and social media scheduling tools.
Valuable written English skills, with the ability to write clear, customer-facing copy, listing descriptions, and review responses.
