Role : Lead Software Engineer - DaWinciQuorum Software is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to support its DaWinci Supply Chain product portfolio. The role combines full-stack software development with technical leadership, focusing on delivering production-ready solutions, improving engineering practices, mentoring developers, and maintaining the reliability and security of enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Supply Chain products within an Agile environment while actively contributing to production code.- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize work, clarify acceptance criteria, and refine the technical product backlog.- Guide the team in understanding requirements, evaluating technical feasibility, and delivering high-quality solutions.- Promote coding standards, software architecture principles, testing practices, and security guidelines.- Support the investigation and resolution of customer-reported issues and production incidents.- Identify and manage technical dependencies across teams to minimize delivery risks.- Mentor engineers and strengthen their technical skills and engineering capabilities.- Improve CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and developer tooling to enhance delivery efficiency.- Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted coding tools while ensuring appropriate code review, testing, and quality control.- Contribute to secure software development, including security reviews and remediation activities.- Take ownership of production systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance,



and operational reliability.Required Skills : - 8+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated ownership of production systems.- Robust hands-on full-stack development experience using C#/.NET and React.- Practical experience across multiple technologies, with the ability to work with different programming languages and frameworks.- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in daily development workflows.- Strong understanding of AI-generated code review, testing, and the limitations of AI-assisted development.- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with familiarity with OpenAPI specifications.- Understanding of software testing practices and test automation.- Experience improving CI/CD pipelines or developer tooling.- Knowledge of Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts.- Understanding of secure software development and experience participating in security reviews and remediation.- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and software design patterns.- Proven mentoring experience and ability to provide technical guidance to engineers.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Skills : - Experience with Python and TypeScript.- Experience introducing engineering process improvements and demonstrating their impact.- Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.Additional Requirement : - Candidates must be eligible to work in India.- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
