About the job
We are looking for energetic and driven Pre-Sales Associates to manage and convert inbound leads. You will engage with customers through calls, chats, and CRM, understand their needs, and drive them to visit our state-of-the-art Experience Centers.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound leads via calls, chat, and CRM.
2. Understand customer requirements and explain the value of visiting our Experience Centers.
3. Convert potential customers into store visits and pass qualified leads to Sales/Retail teams.
4. Achieve a monthly target of 80-100 customer visits to our Bangalore and Hyderabad Experience Centers.
5. Maintain updated and accurate lead information on CRM.
6. Work closely with Sales and Retail teams for seamless lead handover and conversion.
